
Thinking it may be quicker and easier for me to manually move my site to another host, at least by the time it is up and running my e-commerce site could be making some money again. No option for live chat, so at this moment hours of downtime with no support.

Raised a ticket with no response, rang support for 15 minutes for it to then go to voicemail, leave a voicemail with no response, ring multiple times and goes to voicemail. But it appears it's impossible to contact support. But I guess you only know how good a hosting company is when you need them most. I would NEVER recommend a company who does this or supports spammers.Ī2hosting has mostly been a reliable service, easy to set up and never really had to contact them. I DETEST SPAMMERS and companies who ALLOW it are even worse.

I started just replying to that message and pasting in full headers of spam and still NOTHING comes back. Got a reply asking me to ATTACH a text file with the full headers of spam to which I did. OH HELL NO! So I did go through their site and sent in a contact. So I tried forwarding some spam directly to them, replacing # with for their report address, only to have an autoresponder come back telling me I need to sign up, log in and create a ticket just to let them know they have a spammer. I run spam through and it comes up with a2hosting or But with devnull meaning they do NOT accept spamcop complaints. All formatted the same, but all with a slightly different pitch. I don't use and never even heard of this company until a few days ago when I suddenly started getting hit with spam.
